It’s my first time using my fresh basil from my tiny garden!!!
Hi there!!! I am so excited about picking the fresh basil leaves off from my tiny herb garden!!! And the first dish I made is…A.C.C.L.T. Salad!
What is A.C.C.L.T??? (Obviously, I made this name up!) 
Avocado
Carrot
Cucumber
Lettuce
Tomato
Dressing
Lemon Juice/lime juice
Fresh Basil
Honey
Grape seed Oil
You can add other herbs to add more flavors in your salad and I tried adding Mint, it was very refreshing and yummy!
Direction:
Mix minced basil and other herbs of your choice with lemon juice/lime juice, honey and grape seed oil.
You can add a little bit of water to make it easier to mix everything well.

It’s simple and yummy, also very refreshing for the hot summer!
